You can never be too careful to whom you give your money to. Giving people your money on the internet or any "institution" is no exception. NEVER and I mean NEVER give anyone money before getting a loan. Unless a reputable company has you come in physically and sign legal documents about prior payments before immediately signing for a loan, I would not give it to them. It is the same scam technique that they use with the lottery. They tell you that you have won $5000 through their sweepstakes or drawing but need a certain amount of money so they can send it to you. Next thing you know, your out $300 and they are no where to be seen.
